Literally drove 20 mins to buy a prong collar because google told me they sold them I then asked for the prong collar the response was we only sell them to our training experts anyone would assume they’re talking about the actual trainers within canine kocepts And then I asked for clarification . The response was since I Wasn’t a client they could not sell a prong collar to me .even if I was a client What qualifies a client to be an expert trainer . Anyone can have the knowledge Of using a prong collar This was just a pick and choose Situation First, they told me I had to be a training expert Every client at cannot k9 concepts, isn’t a training expert .

I have nothing but good things to say about K-9 Koncepts it’s a really kind and welcoming environment. I have dropped my dog off there for a total of 3 times and it’s been amazing every-time. I really liked the fact that they gave my dog Rambo a bath before we got to take him back and they provided a daily update of how he’s doing, the update also included a video which was nice to see. Planning another trip soon and will definitely be dropping him off at K9 Koncepts
