Wanted to Karaoke and this one had private rooms which is what we were going for. We came around 11:20pm and didn’t get a room till roughly 11:35. We weren’t greeted, and there was a line for ordering, crammed, just felt disorganized. We had to ask someone from the kitchen to help us out. Got the help and they gave us mics. Our google reservation said room 10 but the mics didn’t work, had to ask the employee and got moved to room 9 because they gave us mics for that room. No big deal but just worth mentioning. Overall I think the organization could be better but we still have a great time and had a night to remember! Sang the songs we were looking for, wide variety! The rooms were comfy, had AC!

They don’t really have food aside from some meager fried food and they tipped themselves on our card

Last night I visited k box karaoke and mela I had a great time a guy was very kind in getting me a room since I didn't have a reservation I had a great time 😊 and the staff was very friendly

Gustavo is a very bad employee. Doesn’t know how to treat customers. Attitude very bad. Treats grown adults like kids. Shortened my time from 3 hours to 1 hour killed my entire mood.
