First time visiting any type of meditation center. My husband and I attended a Friday morning class. We felt very welcomed when we arrived. It was almost an hour and half long. There was a meditation session first, a teaching from The Meditation Handbook, followed by another meditation session. The setting was very laid back. Besides my husband and myself, there were 4 other persons in attendance. It was a very positive experience and would recommend being in attendance in a class.

I attended the 'COMMENTARY AND PRACTICE OF THE 35 CONFESSION BUDDHAS'. I am so glad I went. This was a great session. The presentation was easy to follow and relevant to anyone. Gen Dorje incorporated humor which added such a warmth to the atmosphere. This location isn't on my side of town but I will travel out there again.

I feel like the teachings have made a huge impact on my life. I highly recommend the center to anyone interested in creating a better life for themselves!
