This is a great place if you know your fish and have a higher end expectation for your sushi. I was here with my family and asked for help with specials or recommendations. Our waiter said there weren’t any and seemed really impatient although there were only 2 other tables at that time. We eventually saw the specials on the chalk board and ordered two, which were unique and delicious! One had steak shavings on it! The boards behind the bar were like a foreign language, but I bet they were amazing for those that know. We ended up just going with what we knew, which was fine but not as special as it could’ve been if we had some help. Overall we felt overwhelmed by the unknown options with no guidance, cutoff and rushed. This is a great place for the sushi/raw fish connoisseur. I hope their business doesn’t suffer from alienating the average sushi loving family.
