I went in for a quick checkup at the medical center last week and over all it was a pretty smooth visit. The front desk staff were friendly and helped me get signed in fast, even tho I forgot my insurance card at first. The nurse explained everything in simple words so I could understand what was going on. Doctor took time to answer my questions and didn’t rush me out the door, which I really appriciated. The place looked clean and organized too. All in all, I felt well taken care of and would go back again if needed.

Completely impressed and happy with my experience here at this location & with Kaiser in general. I had surgery completed with Dr. Michelle Turley today & the whole team absolutely exceeded expectations. The process was efficient, thorough, quick, comfortable, and every move by each staff member created peace & built confidence in what can be a stressful experience. Dr. Michelle Turley RNs - Erin & Maritza, Anesthesia Team - Dr Nguyen, Andre, and Mary - all deserve to be recognized for their outstanding performance. Kaiser is lucky to have each of these individuals who have mastered not only their job responsibilities, but also provide top tier patient care! 10/10 & ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for taking exceptional care of me today!

I have nothing but HIGH PRAISE for all the staff at Kaiser SDMC. The nurses at PACU and 2-East Med-Surg who took care of me were OUTSTANDING! They were very respectful and keen to my needs. A true measure of professionalism. Shout out to my surgeons Dr. Yiping Li and Gabrielle Kavya Rajulu. The procedure were flawless and my recovery went smooth and no complications. Thank you all for saving me.

My son was two months premature and in an incubator. He was tiny when he was born but now he is bigger and healthy.They work very dedicatedly and professionally.Thank you to all the doctors and nurses in the hospital for doing such a great job.

Review is by my mom Thelma but I agree. This is the cleanest hospital I've been to in San Diego and I've been to pretty much most of them (big family). Here is her review: After being in ER of this hospital, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. God forbids I have emergency issues again, I’ll make sure to tell the ambulance to bring me here. Nurses go out of the way to help. The doctors were there just a few minutes after I was admitted. I have been to other Kaiser facilities but this is top of the line.
