We took our car in for rear end damage from a car accident and Kaizen was great to work with! They communicated and provided updates about time frame and repairs! We just picked up our car and it looks brand new! They did an amazing job in a timely manner! Great work Kaizen!

Kaizen Gilbert was so wonderful to work with. It’s never fun being in a fender bender and having to go through a month long process of insurance claims and getting your car back to working order. But they were so kind and worked so hard to give me the best deal and get my car working wonderfully! I honestly think the car looks better now than it ever has. While I hope to never see them again (because getting rear ended stinks 😂) if I did need a body shop, I would go back there in a heartbeat! Shout out to Alba and Jayden for spending ridiculous amounts of time on the phone with me. You’re the GOATS!

Never really updated me during the repair as I asked. Ignored my calls. Spent more time asking and treating me as if I was some gang member from the streets because I am from Chicag. Wrong body trim color put on car. Front clip, quarter panel, and front bumper doesn't fit correctly. Gave me back the vehicle without head lights working and connected and it wasn't buffed correctly so paint looked faded see pictures. I finally got them to fix all other issues after 4 months and let the bumper not fitting right go, so I could move on. I wouldn't use this service again and what's broken and not fixed I'm paying another garage to fix. It wasn't hard to do the job right the first time and my insurance set me up with them. Has me questing their motives. Did they make me satisfied after the fix? Sure, I can live with it. Father always said "do it right the first time you won't have to do the job again." Words to live by Kaizen. Your reputation depends on you and the services you provide, be mindful of that in the future and good luck.
