We had an amazing experience with Julie and can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly understands dog behavior. We originally reached out for help with resource guarding, but ended up learning so much more than we ever expected. Julie was a joy to work with! She is so knowledgeable and helped make the training process with our new puppy very easy. We were impressed by her follow up too, she always gave us a recap of each training lesson and suggestions for ‘homework’ on how best to work with our new puppy based on our family’s needs and environment.

We recently got a Chihuahua terrier mix from the Humane Society who had a lot of reactivity issues. We had tried another trainer briefly that did not work out so I did my research and turned to Julie with Kaleidoscope. Julie has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is very responsible and reliable and clearly knows her stuff. She is gentle in her approach yet firm in her boundaries and our dog Soba absolutely loves her and loves training. The training has also helped my relationship and confidence with Soba. I could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend her to anyone! Soba is a happy and well adjusted dog now and we are all doing great! 😊

Awesome with my puppy! I was struggling even getting my dog to walk and Julie was able to help! She was also able to help with the fact that my pup did not like his harnesses, leashes, or collars and we where able to figure out what worked for him. Thank you! She gives you an online portal and homework that you can use even after training!

I do not have anything but amazing things to say about Julie and her services. We went to Julie originally because our puppy was not able to be groomed due to certain behaviors and excess energy. We had a list of concerns for Julie and she tackled every single one over the 10 weeks we worked with her. She was flexible and able to make changes to our training plans day of when I would express a concern that was bothering us in that moment with our puppy. It should be noticed the amount of time and energy she puts into her work. It shows her dedication to her clients and their furry friends. It was obvious how much she cared about animals and their well-being. The best part is our puppy can be groomed now! I think it is important to say that not all your puppy’s challenges will be fixed within the time frame you work with Julie. Training is a long process and can take time. That being said, I now feel confident with what I have learned and feel like I have the knowledge to continue to train our puppy with what we worked on even though Julie is no longer there guiding us. We will miss having Julie around every week and are even considering further training sessions to better our puppy! Thank you Julie for everything you do :)
