When I walked in Samuel Daniels had already helped my wife and her friend by showing them several of the beds and couches there. So naturally when we went there we asked for him because we knew him and my wife already had a good experience with him. This guy was so cool! He walked up and actually shook my hand and introduced himself. The whole time he gave us space to look around and was available at the same time. I know the salesman there work on commissions but the whole time it didn't feel like that at all! Samuel was helpful, courteous,and worked diligently to get us out of there with no stress. We changed our minds a bunch of times and he was totally cool with it. We were there for at least 6 hours trying several different ways to pay for the order, all which Samuel had to get his managers approval to do so. Samuel didn't even even flinch when he stayed after closing for a hour and 15 minutes ( 09:15 pm ) plus whatever else he needed to do that night. Samuel you deserve every penny of your commission!

Daniel was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He clearly answered all of our questions without being pushy. I am highly impressed with the staff, the quality, and the competitive pricing for such beautiful, high-end products. We did not plan to purchase anything today, but we just couldn’t resist. Chris was great to work with! He was friendly and immediately took us to the pub table we had seen online, making the whole process quick and easy. We were in and out in about 15 minutes, and delivery was scheduled for this Friday. With busy jobs, kids, and packed schedules, we really appreciated how efficient and seamless everything was. Highly recommend working with Chris!

I came in looking for a new couch for my living room. I was greeted by an associate and was steered in the direction of what I came looking for. The associate left us to browse but was nearby once we made a selection. She was very informative and well versed on the couch I selected. The whole experience was very pleasant and I will suggest your store to others who may be looking for quality furniture.

I bought a 5 pcs sofa and loveseat coffee table and 2 end tables From Daniel Hilliard sale Consultant. I found out that Kane’s has been sued for selling Defective furniture recently. By the Attorney General of Florida. I filed a complaint With Kane’s saying this furniture is unlivable. They sent a young man who never even sat down on either piece of furniture. Stayed for maybe 15 minutes and told its a business and somebody would contact me. I knew immediately that they would say nothing was wrong With set. I’m and elderly man in my 70’s. Which in Florida there’s laws written to protect elderly from being taken advantage of. I have since taking multiple pictures of the construction of this old furniture. Best way to describe it Scap wood was used. Never seen anything like this in my life nothing. So I will upload these pictures as soon as possible. My advice find another place to buy your furniture
