Kit & his team did a great job for us! We added a masonry fireplace to our screen porch. They were great communicators from the beginning and stuck with us to the bitter end. KC Hardscapes was great to partner with from initial walk through, to design and iteration, to material selection to execution. They communicated proactively and transparently throughout. Fair cost for work delivered and incredible final product. A few minor cost overruns, to be expected on a backyard project of our size, but we never felt pressured and they were always communicated with an eye on the project with a reason. My only SLIGHT negative feedback is that it didn't always seem like the design / sales team and construction team were fully aligned (on things like most recent plan version, etc.) but these were always resolved very quickly. We are happy with our new backyard space and will definitely call them back for additional projects!

The entire process felt very collaborative and their attention to detail is unmatched. We had a straightforward job request to replace our current fire pit. We planned to install a simple kit, but the team went above and beyond to create a beautiful fire pit. Derek and his team worked diligently to ensure that the stones fit precisely together and adapted their work to our existing gas setup. They were excellent communicators, explaining the process and different scenarios for the best setup. We are incredibly pleased with the final result and will definitely use them again in the future.
