Katharine Mann is the best! Six months after our daughter's wedding and I'm more convinced than ever of her awesomeness! She listened so deeply and then put into place a vision we didn't even know we had---and it was perfectly personalized down to the last detail. She recommended the very best vendors and then pulled it all together seamlessly! She and Dillon were both everywhere on the "day of", constantly working magic behind the scenes. Katharine was a joy to work with from start to finish! She was always responsive and because she understood us, we knew we could trust her advice.
The first thing I did when I got engaged was contact Katharine Mann Events… Words can’t even express the gratitude I have for Katharine and Dillon. I absolutely LOVED planning my wedding and never once felt stressed or overwhelmed. Katharine and Dillon heard every one of my ideas, created my vision, and made the wedding of my dreams into a reality. I planned my wedding while in PA school and my husband living in Florida. Our schedules were not easy to coordinate, but Katharine always went out of her way to accommodate us - even outside of her very busy office hours. She went above and beyond at every step and we are so grateful. Katharine and Dillon are both such authentic, girl’s girls. I felt so confident having them in my corner. Both ladies are incredibly organized, responsive, and have the best connections in the wedding industry. I felt like I had the dream team coming together for my wedding weekend. The single best decision I made was hiring KME and I would do it 1000x over.
Katharine is simply the best wedding planner in the game… As far as I’m convinced, she's the best to ever do it! Katharine is equally great at bringing your own unique vision and dreams to life as she is with providing helpful guidance and input when you don’t know (or care!) about certain things. As a bride, you have to make thousands of tiny decisions, and Katharine took away so much of the stress that could have been associated with that in her absence. She’s so calm, cool, and collected that you wouldn’t even know how hard she’s working behind the scenes if it weren’t for the impeccable results she produces. What I mean to say is, she makes it all look effortless. On wedding day, she started out by bringing me my favorite coffee which made me feel special first thing in the morning. She then proceeded to quietly flutter around and make everything look perfect—flowers, table settings, guest book, bar, signage, etc.—while I got to enjoy spending time with my mom and bridesmaids. The same theme carried on throughout the day… My husband and I had the time of our lives and never had to worry about logistics. It was truly perfect! I could go on and on, but the takeaway here is: Look no further for your wedding planner :)
Katharine Mann is truly exceptional and gifted at what she does. She planned my wedding at my mom’s house in just over four months, and every single detail was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, she was a joy to work with—organized, creative, calm, and so much fun. Katharine recommended incredible vendors who brought our vision to life, and her impeccable taste and attention to detail made the entire day feel effortless and magical. I can’t imagine having done it without her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a planner who truly goes above and beyond. She is by far THE BEST and I would recommend her a thousand times over. On top of her abilities as a planner and designer, she is a wonderful human being who is a joy to be around. I’m still waiting on my professional photos but will add them to my review as soon as possible. We got married in my mom’s backyard and Katharine helped us create a venue from scratch.
Katharine is the absolute best!! We hired Katharine for our October 2024 wedding in Pinehurst, and it was the best decision we could've made. Even though we booked her for partial planning + design services, she was actively involved every step of the way for our planning, several months in advance. I always appreciated her reaching out to see how things were going, and she was an easy call or text away for any questions that came up. In addition to being so easy to work with, Katharine is absolutely AMAZING when it comes to planning and execution! Anytime we hit a bump in the planning process, she had the perfect solution or answer. The whole morning of the wedding while getting ready, I was at complete ease and that was all thanks to Katharine and her team! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, truly without a hitch in the day. Even our bridal party and guests commented on what a fun and amazing planner she was! We are so thankful to the KME team for helping us bring our wedding vision (+ more) to life. Katharine is more like a friend than a planner throughout the whole process, and we could not thank her more for creating and executing our best day. We love you Katharine, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
