Have finished my second full class with Kathy and found her to be exceptionally knowledgeable about most makes of cameras. I am an amateur and found that I learned a lot about my camera that I was not using. Kathy responds to all questions that were asked and even after the class was over she willingly responded to my e-mail questions. I will take another class as time and finances permit.

Ignore the bad reviews, I sincerely doubt they took one of her classes or workshops. I have, and have learned quite a few techniques from her. As with all instructors, some classes/workshops are better than others but you generally learn something new every time. She is very patient with all levels of photographers (beginning to intermediate primarily), knowledgeable about many different makes of cameras, and takes time with you to make sure you feel comfortable and can get your shot. She is especially good with bird and night photography. Not sure I got so much out of her Photoshop class but that's probably on me. Weird and fake she is not. Troll must have posted that.
