I was looking for a specific toy for my granddaughter that she wanted for Christmas. Amazon and most other stores that had it were not going to have it available until after Christmas. Found this gift shop and was thrilled to know it is And an adjoining state to where I live. Easily placed the order and received the item quickly and well in advance for Christmas. The stuffed animal is absolutely adorable and was well packaged. Will definitely buy from the store again and highly recommend it to Anyone else looking for Cute high-quality gifts.

I have been to this store once and shopped online once - the variety of items, fair pricing, and staff are exceptional! I bought several things online and one of the buttons was sent incorrectly (Spirited Away instead of Howl's Moving Castle). Not only did they let me keep the button, which was very nice of them, but they sent the correct one out immediately and free of charge. That was exceptional customer service! I live in Cleveland, but will be back next time we are in PGH and will continue to peruse their online store! Highly recommend.
