I stopped by Kay Jewelers couple of weeks before Christmas needing something unique for my boyfriend. As soon as I walked in, Mario greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. What I really appreciated about our interaction was how attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable he was about finding the right piece, catering to what I was looking for while working with his own expertise. Sometimes when you walk in a jewelry shop and look a certain way, they don’t bother even greeting you. Mario’s professionalism and customer service made me feel like I was being taken seriously, an experience that always makes me loyal customer. Thanks again Mario. My boyfriend loved his new chain!

Had a great experience all thanks to Mary! She did a great job at helping me find exactly what I needed. When I came back to the store to make a return and exchange, she helped me once again and gave so much feedback on what looked best on me! She also was very kind and patient when I was indecisive. 10/10. The whole experience from looking online at the website and finding the items I wanted, to going in store to pick them up and purchasing them. On of the worked here, Mary, has been amazing to helping me find my ring size to finding my dad a watch for Christmas. It was a great day coming to Kay’s.

Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend. Huang helps me with my upgrade transaction and he goes beyond to ensure I have my best new ring with the best coverage. All other staffs also very nice and always checking on us and our boys. Thank you for your service.

Mario at Kay’s has been an enormous help, I can’t recommend him enough. I came to him with an unconventional ask and he went above and beyond to make it happen. I brought in a lone diamond and asked if it was possible to place it onto an engagement setting I’d seen at their store. We explored various options, styles, and possibilities, ultimately finding one that worked best. He was always sure to be upfront about the pricing, timing, and was available by phone and email to give updates. He made my dream engagement ring, and it turned out exactly how I’d hoped. It was a pleasure to work with him. If you go in, be sure to ask for Mario!
