Today, I visited Kay Jewelers in the Four Seasons Town Center and I must say, it was a a very great experience. Kimberly Crooks…you’re awesome! Thank you for being there for me. Kay Jewelers created a beautiful custom Mother’s Day ring during their Dana Augustine Event. The helpful staff welcomed me with a smile and had a lot of patience as I chose from the various ring settings. I was amazed we were able to take this custom ring home the same day. I am so thankful for their help and will cherish this ring!

I had such an amazing experience with Loretta at the Four Seasons Mall, Cave Jewelers. She is a true professional and a wonderful representative of the Dining Council. Not only did she help me celebrate my birthday in the most thoughtful way, but she also went above and beyond to solve a problem I had with a lost diamond earring. Instead of it being a complete loss, Loretta offered a smart solution—trading in the remaining earring so I wouldn’t lose the entire set. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience so special. Excellent service, thoughtful support, and such a memorable visit—I highly recommend asking for Loretta!
