I called on 10/20/25 @3:27 to schedule a consultation. The guy on the phone asked for my case number. I gave it to him he looked at my case I told him what they were offering and he told me he probably couldn’t help me get back to the original deal or get me anything better. And so I said there’s still more to my case I was abused and then forced into helping him. He then proceeds to call me the name of a white lady. Right then I knew what he was going to imply. And then I ask him who she is. Because I truly didn’t know who she was but just the way he said it I knew what he was going to say. He then says she is a white lady whose family was rich and owned a news company. And how she lied about being kidnapped. I’m then sitting there like really. He just said that to me… is he really acting like the guy who abused me. I said how are you able to degrade my experience? You don’t even know me. You haven’t even seen the evidence. He says “oh that *white lady* had evidence too”. Oh really she has evidence of him apologizing? She has evidence of him saying he wish he did it harder? I then say how he just got a charge for abusing another female. And he says the reason I’m so mad is because he’s right. No I came to you for professional help. Not for someone that I might end up paying to be rude to me and act just like my abuser. He could have nicely said he didn’t believe me but he had to be rude maybe he had a bad day but that doesn’t justify anything. And then I start saying you’re really going to keep degrading my experience? He says we should calm down and I should call later. I told him he’s just being very unprofessional and I hung up. Why would I have you as a lawyer? Why would I recommend your services to anyone? Do all of you act this way? You guys just love starting fights with potential clients? That’s what lawyers are taught now? I’ve been crying since after that call having to relive it and the man who abused me would say the same thing just so people thought I was lying . Until someone else relived it. He has no idea what I went through and he has no right to act like that.

Spoke with Christopher Simmons about my unique ticket. He told me that his service is not needed, and what I needed to do on my part. Although I am sure my situation is a rare occurrence, he gave me free advice. To me that means something. Nothing is free. I hope to not have to call him again, but if I need traffic law, he will be my first call.

Doesn't even do the type of cases that I was seeking help for but had a good 20-30 minute conversation with me just about my issue and the thing I was doing and stressing with and definitely someone who cares I could tell just by him talking to me and I don't know it just felt nice to have someone to talk to about what I was going through that show genuine care and positivity even though it was a depressing subject and I definitely definitely needed that and because of that conversation I felt confident in contacting the people that are accountable for what happened and I mean they're going above and beyond what I would have liked for them to do and I just appreciate that conversation I needed it
