Honestly 10000000/10. Highly recommend! Rang quite late as I’d came home from work to none of our big lights working but tv, fridge etc were working. Michael came out within the hour, helped identify what the problem was and got it sorted for us. Also explained it in a way I understand as I’ve never had to deal with any electrical problem before. Helped calm me down as I would’ve cried the whole night if I didn’t get the issue sorted lol. Thank you so so much! Yous are now on speed dial for when we have another issue!

I didn’t know customer service existed like this! Called Michael with an urgent problem quite late in the evening and had it sorted in 90 mins. Knowledgable, efficient and most of all, extremely attentive. Use KDC!

What is there to say loads. Michael was very pleasant and great at giving advise and fixing the problem. He was out later in the night than he or I anticipated but his work was amazing and very tidy. I honestly can’t thank him enough for looking after my great aunt (87). He was just so informative keep in touch at all times and just worked away. He really is amazing thank you 🙏

Could not recommend these guys enough. Daughter had just come out of hospital after having a baby and she had no lights or hot water because of electric fault. I phoned these guys on Friday night at 7pm and they came at 10pm and fixed what was wrong in minutes. The guy didn't charge 10 fortunes as expected for emergency call out on a Friday night the price was very reasonable. So I would 100% recommend these guys. Thank you so very much for helping my daughter.

Michael did an amazing job on an weekend emergency call, he not only sorted our initial problem very quickly but also sorted a big mess left by another emergency electrician we had in earlier. Michael is a very skilled electrician and honest in the work he does. I can highly recommend the services of this company!
