Phoned about 3 weeks ago to make an appointment and receptionist said someone will ring you the next day and I’m still waiting. Absolutely disgusted If you’ve no record of me ringing then maybe you need a new receptionist! She said to me that you’re all in court and someone will ring me the next day plus took my details.
