As a Spartan obstacle course runner and former Lifetime class goer, this is the perfect combination of full body workout for strength and endurance. The best part is taking my kids with me with the family plan and seeing them have a blast and getting a good workout. The owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet and coach Malakai will help you hit your goals. I challenge you to try one class and you'll be hooked.
Lets talk about parking. Great parking, no far walks, open to everyone. Located in suite 210, So huge!! I love the security. You'll see when you get there. They know who walks in and out. Diversity, Everyone Was Here!!! Working together. Complete social distancing and masks. It was the seed and my first class, we were greeted promptly, people introduced themselves and made us feel at home, and helped us with our moves too. The trainer Malachai, comes from an amazing background. Hes trained the best of the best and has an amazing one on one and group self defense course. Amazing for women, real estate agents, businesses, etc. The trainer was also patient and fast paced. How, idk...but he showed us what to do and came back to it. The class is 45min and I never sweat....I did today!!! My son and I enjoyed everything about the space. Make sure to book online for classes. Spaces are limited. Also, checkin in on yelp gets you a little discount on these already inexpensive classes. Boxing is such a great workout, but they have other classes too if that's not for you. Get in now. Its a popular class.
You should definitely check out this hidden gem! First class my kids & I tried out we felt right at home. Staff is very welcoming & encouraging. We signed up for a membership after the first class! They offer a very affordable family membership, which is hard to beat. We have boxed before, and the coaches were very helpful by going over the fundamentals and made it fun to get back into boxing. My tweens who are usually not thrilled about anything are actually excited to dive into the next class!
