I had an outstanding experience working with Keller & Keller, and especially with my case manager, Mayra Martinez. From the very beginning, Mayra was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me through my case. She kept me updated the entire time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process so much less stressful. What really stood out to me was how hard she worked to make sure I got the best outcome possible — even more than I was expecting. She handled the final steps of my case smoothly and professionally, and I could tell she truly cared about getting everything wrapped up the right way. If you need someone who is both compassionate and extremely good at what they do, I highly recommend Mayra. I’m very grateful for all of her help, and Keller & Keller should be proud to have her on their team.

I hired Keller & Keller after a driver had side swiped me and tried to claim I was at fault. I didn't want to deal with the insurance company and the back and forth. Mayra Martinez was my case manager. She explained the whole process and advised all the next steps I would need to take. She was always reachable when I had any questions and was quick to respond. What she did was save us time, she handled everything for us and was essentially the liaison between myself, lawyer, and negotiator. The final settlement came out to more than I would have ever negotiated for myself so I was very pleased with the outcome. I appreciate all the assistance I got from our lawyers, case manager, and negotiator at Keller & Keller!
