Not a good experience for me. Only used them for one year, got passed around to a couple of CPAs, did not seem to be very organized or efficient. Was asked multiple times for docs they already had. Nice people when you’re there in person but pretty clearly a poorly run shop. Better than a hot beer, but would not recommend using this company.

I had a brief phone conversation with Marie in the group. I’ve been running my business for under 1 year and she notified me of a few items I needed to address immediately. And they never asserted that I “had to” work with them, rather recommending I use another group because my business is not yet large enough...they were saving me money!!!

Ms. Kelly assisted me today with directions of how to handle a financial situation for my motorcycle club. She was attentive and compassionate as she explained my options. She took the time to look up some records online to get a clearer picture of my/our predicament and then gave me advice that put me on the right track to solve the problem. I had left messages with approximately 20 CPA's and she was the only one to call me back and offer help even though the day I called was a tax deadline date of some sort so most of the offices I contacted said they could not assist and to call again at a later date. It's people like Ms. Kelly that give me faith that the world can be a less scary place.

I'm an attorney in solo practice, and have struggled through all things numbers for 20 years. With my practice growing, I began to think of different ways to free up my time to do more legal, and less admin and bookkeeping work. A friend referred me to Marie Kelly, and finding her was seriously one of the biggest turning points in my professional career. In addition to my personal and corporate taxes, they set up a streamlined bookkeeping plan, online payroll and time management software. So, while I initially was looking for a CPA and help sorting through my QuickBooks (which was a mess), what I got was a full service accounting/bookkeeping/mentoring firm that provides over-the-top service. I estimate I'm saving at least 2 hours a day now (some days 3), which frees my time up to practice law, and generate revenue. Kelly CPA's bookkeeper Kyle comes to my office once a week, for maybe an hour, and pays my bills/reconciles my accounts, and makes my life SO easy! I give this recommendation as a perfectionist. I highly recommend Kelly CPA.
