I have been going to this place for a while, and I really enjoy the people and the environment. I went to another place before and it wasn't as good as Kelly Hawkins. The Therapists actually care about you, they listen, and personalize your workouts for your injuries. I will continously go to this place, and often recommend it to anyone who needs PT.

I had my first visit at Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy, and I’m really impressed! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. 🙌 The facility is very clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence that I’m in good hands. My first session went smoothly, and I already felt encouraged by how they explained everything and took the time to listen to my concerns. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions. Highly recommend Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy to anyone looking for caring and professional therapy services! 💪✨

I just had a knee replacement and I highly recommend anyone looking for physical therapy to come here! There’s tons of space, always clean, lots of equipment, and the PT’s are always so helpful. They know what they’re doing and will have you on an effective PT program for your own needs. Shoutout to Sara and the rest of the PT’s!

Everyone is very professional and polite. Alex, that's no longer there was great so was Sean. The place is clean and equipped with all necessary equipment. If I ever need to go again, definitely Kelly Hawkings @ Charleston and Valley View will be the place I'd go. Great place!

Started Hydrotherapy,Did 4 Appointments and each time was Bookended with another so it was rushed.Then one day I get a voicemail telling me that they don't have the proper Health Permit,And will call me once it's straightened out.Spoke to pain management doctor and he informed me that corporate had called him about this and multiple other issues. Well fast forward to a few weeks ago and I get a reimbursement check for the 3 appointments I had prepaid for and then I get this Email attached in photos asking how I'm doing since completing P.T. Well I wouldn't know since I never got to to finish it and never received a call. It was the only place that did Hydrotherapy that takes my insurance and now I have nowhere to go and it SUCKS.Thanks for nothing Kelly Hawkins.Shame Company Can't be Proactive and Contact when they should've,But wait until I make a bad review to even bother.No thanks I won't be contacting your company and making it "Right" You couldn't pay me to go back.
