I had a great experience at Optimal Physical Therapy for my right frozen shoulder. The therapists were kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during each visit. The exercises and hands on treatment helped reduce my pain and improve my shoulder movement over time. I was also given easy home exercises that helped with my recovery. Thanks to Optimal Physical Therapy, my shoulder feels much better and everyday activities are easier. I highly recommend them.

My occupational therapist, Matt, demonstrated excellent clinical skills. He created exercises that really helped improve my strength. He is professional and attentive. He made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommended Optimal Therapy Ann.

This place is wayyy better than Loaded Empanadas! The staff are very personable and it's a fun environment. Matt F really listens to your concerns and wants to get down to the root of the problem. While I am currently still on my healing journey here, I would recommend this place to anyone! 5 stars for sure.

Optimal Physical Therapy on Ann Rd is truly the GOAT! 💯 👏🏾🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟First and foremost, I want to acknowledge Susan, the receptionist. She is incredibly friendly and warm. If you're having a bad day, her cheerful "Good morning, Dorothy!" will definitely brighten it up. 😁 Shelby is an outstanding physical therapist. She has provided me with an excellent foot routine that has significantly strengthened my feet. I'm confident that I will have a great recovery after my bone spur surgery. 😬😂 Feliciano always greets me with a smile and pushes me to the next level, moving from the yellow band to the gold band. WOW! 🤯👏🏾 While it's challenging, I truly appreciate it! 👌🏽 Anson is really funny and makes the time fly by without me even realizing I've been working out. Thank you for being so nice to an elderly woman. Thank you, Optimal Physical Therapy! Your entire staff is amazing, including those I don't work directly with, but who always acknowledge me with a cheerful "good morning" or "goodbye." I came to Optimal physical therapy to strengthen my core prior to my forth coming knee replacement. I had severe pain, difficult walking and minimum range of motion in my knee. I met with Tim therapist extremely knowledgeable and personable in providing the right stretches to help gain core strength and relieving pain. I am now getting a stronger core and some pain relief. I feel so much better than the first day I came in I’m currently in Physical Therapy working with Tim and Feliciano,They both are very professional, friendly courteous. They’re there to help you help yourself by providing the necessary, exercise regimen. My overall experience has been good. Susan the receptionist is very loving and kind with the soothing tone ,very welcoming attentive and friendly.
