Suarez is a great place for PT. I initially chose them for their extended hours, but I stayed for their helpful and attentive staff.

I was in a car accident and my attorney sent me here for physical therapy and from the day I walked through the door the whole staff was welcoming and my whole four months here have been a pleasure.From the front of the building to the back everyone goes above and beyond the customer service is beyond amazing I would recommend this place to anyone who needs great care I want to thank the whole staff for everything they did for me I appreciate all of you

I was referred to this physical therapy for my son who has a knee injury, when I called to set up an appointment I was told they needed the referral, so that same day I dropped off the hand written referral so we can hopefully speed up the scheduling process. I get a call a week later only to tell me they don’t have availability until Sept 17, that is 2 & 1/2 weeks from now. How is this possible? So I’m supposed to wait 2 & 1/2 more weeks to get my son started on treatment and just have him lose more ROM? It’s insane. For a place that is open 7 days a week that to me is shocking and unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience with Sin, the office coordinator at Suarez PT – Sunset location. She was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to go out of her way to be difficult. She had my daughter’s appointment canceled out of spite, then told me that confirmation calls were just a courtesy, as if I shouldn’t expect clear communication. On top of that, she pried into my custody situation, asking personal questions that had nothing to do with my daughter’s care. Her attitude was condescending, and after all of that, she still had the nerve to ask for my payment information—how could I possibly trust her? She made the whole interaction frustrating and uncomfortable. That being said, the therapists at this location are incredible. Ricardo, David, Heather, and Felix have been nothing but kind, supportive, and dedicated to my daughter’s progress. Thanks to them, she has made amazing improvements, and I truly appreciate their hard work. All of the rest of the front desk staff are great.
