Kelly and Alyssa were amazing to work with. We were relocating from out of state and not familiar with the area, and they made the entire process so smooth. I admit I can be pretty picky, but Kelly was always patient, kind, and understanding. I cannot thank her and her team enough for all their help and guidance. My experience with Kelly was disappointing. She was unresponsive, frequently unavailable to show homes, and often had an excuse instead of a solution. Even after sending me a contract, her follow-through was lacking, and her impatience made the process more frustrating. I did not feel she was committed to helping me as a client. I would recommend considering other agents who are more professional, responsive, and client-focused.
