Terrible customer service. We purchased a hot water heater from them which started to leak while under warranty. We got authorization from the manufacturer for Ken Brown to replace it. They did not have the replacement and would not help us to make arrangements with another supplier after telling us they would.

Extremely rude and argumentative sales/service associate (Todd) for no reason. Only come here if you want to be talked down to and treated with sarcasm and disrespect. Ironic that the sign at the counter states, "people won't have time for you if you are always angry or complaining"; maybe follow your own advice or take your sign down... Or, even better, if you don't want to deal with (educate) members of the public, then close your shop

Very friendly staff. Getting there with a 53-foot box truck is very complicated. The easiest way to get there, if you're coming from I-10, is to take North Causeway Blvd to Jefferson 90th Street. Turn left there and continue to Carrollton Avenue. You'll have to make a U-turn 100 feet from the avenue to get on it, as there's no turning at the light. Continue on Carrollton Avenue to Banks Street, turn right and continue to Telemachus Street. Turn left and you'll arrive at the delivery address. Turn right again; they'll unload your truck on the warehouse side, almost at the end of the street.

Vice & Graft in New Orleans' French Quarter offers a masterfully curated mix of vintage clothing, memorabilia, art, and one-of-a-kind gifts. Located at 927 Royal St, the shop is praised for a welcoming, community-minded atmosphere and owners Chris and Megan who are often on site. A favorite stop for locals and visitors seeking distinctive, city-inspired treasures.
