Darren is an amazing coach and he is very helpful , I had Darren as a trainer he gives you the best workout and the best service any coach can give you , I would recommend Darren, he made me do a life change when he was training me with meal plans and pushing me to do my best in every workout.There’s times I had trouble trying to push myself and he also made a working out plan for me to do at home and that helped me a lot. I would definitely go back to Darren for help anytime because he believed in me.

Darren is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I’m not the easiest guy in the world to train. I’m older with a lot of old sports injuries, including my back, shoulders, and knees. Darren customized a workout for me that builds strength, improves my flexibility, and just flat out makes me healthier and more mobile.
