What a fabulous service!! made the whole thing almost pleasurable- your car moves through the sections while The Team work on it I had what would normally take two hours of cleaning and detailing done in around 15 to 18 minutes! Fabulous

I’ve used this car wash regularly for around two years, but today’s experience has really put me off. When requesting the Silver service (which includes Express Hoover), I was told I’m not allowed to remove my child seats unless I pay an extra £20. That clearly makes the “in and out” service feel incomplete for any family car. A car can’t reasonably be described as cleaned inside if you won’t clean the areas where the seats are fitted (or you charge a steep add-on to do so). As it stands, it felt like an unnecessary upsell rather than a service they stand behind. Disappointing, and I won’t be returning unless pricing and expectations are made clear and reasonable.

The van has never looked cleaner, have been using these guys since they setup shop. Always greeted with a smiling face, always the same price (not made up on the spot) and treats my van with as much care and attention as the (often) bentleys and sports cars alongside.
