I can’t recommend Kent Removals highly enough after my move today from Brisbane to Albany — especially Sergio and Louis, who were absolutely outstanding. This was a large household move, involving a long drive, yet they never once made me feel rushed or like anything was too much trouble. From start to finish, they were courteous, diligent, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my possessions as if they were their own, handling everything with great care and respect, which really put my mind at ease. Louis and Sergio were friendly, calm, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and their positive attitude made what could have been a very stressful day feel smooth and manageable. They truly are a credit to Kent Removals. Thank you so much for such a fantastic service — I wouldn’t hesitate to use Kent Removals again and would highly recommend them to anyone moving.

Ramon and Felipe were absolutely outstanding. They moved the entire contents of my house today and I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. Super friendly, respectful, and clearly very experienced — everything was handled with care and efficiency from start to finish. What really set them apart was going above and beyond: I’d hurt my back and couldn’t help much at all, and they didn’t hesitate to step in and even assembled my king bed for me. That kind of help and attitude is rare and hugely appreciated. Hard-working, professional, and just genuinely good blokes. If you’re looking for movers you can trust, stop looking — Ramon and Felipe are it. Would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone. 💪🚚

Fantastic service from Kent from the start. Our uplift team of Oak, Rodrigo and Filipe were amazing. They took so much care with our furniture and belongings. The guys were professional and friendly and nothing was any trouble. I highly recommend Kent to anyone facing a big interstate move like us.

Kent Removals have done an absolutely fantastic job of relocating my house contents, car and pets from QLD to WA. Justin (sales representative) was friendly, helpful, efficient, kind and understanding of my circumstances. He went above and beyond to ensure every query was answered promptly. The customer service team were also great communicators, always happy to assist and a pleasure to deal with. The packing and uplift team provided outstanding service. The uplift team were very patient and helpful with additional tasks that I required assistance with. Todd & Matthew assisted with delivering my house contents in WA and were friendly, efficient and helpful with placing items where they needed to go. I particularly liked that they both introduced themselves upon arrival and shook hands with me. That level of professionalism is rare these days! Thanks again Kent, you couldn’t have done a better job!!! ☺️

Marcelo and Gabriel were excellent. They were friendly, polite, efficient, careful and respectful of my belongings. They had another bloke with them whose name I can’t spell and he was equally helpful. I couldn't have been happier with their service, thank you
