We could not be more pleased than we are. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service when purchasing anything from any retail business. This experience of purchasing a new couch for our home was amazing. We had to make several trips in to the store while trying to decide what couch we wanted and what fabric etc…not once did Jd ever make us feel like we were an inconvenience. He was very welcoming every time we interacted with him. No pressure was ever felt. The gentleman Jd even delivered our couch personally. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service that Kerby’s Furniture provided and they definitely have earned a long time customer!! I highly recommend supporting this business over any big brand company!!! Very happy customer 👍

Kerby's was the only store in town that had the tall man recliner I'd been looking for. Great interaction at the store and my chair was built and delivered 2 weeks prior to the delivery date on my receipt. I would recommend Kerby's to anyone shopping for furniture.

Very happy with our living room furniture! We had custom made couch that came in a week early! The love seat recliner is awesome as well! Paul is a no pressure, answer all your question salesman that was wonderful to work with! The delivery men very professional as well!! Highly recommend Kerry’s furniture!!

I searched for months for a sectional that included a warranty. I wanted custom to choose the fabric, size, configuration and cushions and back pillows that were interchangeable. I found all this at a reasonable price at Kirbys. The salesmen at Kirbys are extremely knowledgeable having worked there for decades. No pressure either. And they take your old set away for $25. Having exhausted my search throughout Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa I finally found my “go to” furniture store.
