Kevin Amorim - RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc.

About

I'm Kevin Amorim, a real estate salesperson with RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc., Brokerage, in Kitchener. Most of my clients are buying their first home, and I also help families moving from Toronto and the GTA, newcomers to Canada and investors buy in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph. Most of the job is explaining what nobody explained to you: first-time buyer programs, the HST rebate on a new build, and what closing costs look like here. I'm conservative with numbers, and if a house doesn't make sense for you, I'll tell you. I break down every neighbourhood on my YouTube channel, and my free 2026 buyer guides are on my website. Planning a move in the next 6 to 12 months? I'd be more than happy to help, just let me know.
