My little family and I decided to go try an escape room at the Key and Code Escape rooms. My 5 year old had an absolute blast doing the golden ticket escape room! Can't wait to come back and try more rooms.
We came here for a night of family fun and had an amazing time. The Game Master, Rochelle, was so friendly, helpful and patient with our group. We were actually able to escape the room and did it while laughing the whole time. Thank you so much, Rochelle for such a wonderful and memorable experience!
My husband and I have done 20+ escape rooms. After playing the Sasquatch room, we would not recommend this location. The room was dimly lit and no flashlights were provided. We got yelled at for trying to use a cell phone flashlight. There also was no writing pad to keep track of partially solved clues. One of the puzzles was broken and another was completely illogical… we had to ask multiple times if puzzles were broken. The staff were lackluster, soft spoken and seemed bothered/annoyed. Perhaps other rooms here are better, but I would play other locations before returning here. Update: One of the owners/game designers called and chatted with me about our group experience. We had a super constructive conversation, and he was very open to feedback and suggestions. I truly appreciate a business owner/designer who is looking to understand and get better. 🤞🏻 Hoping they can sort out their hiccups because we did like the uniqueness of the room. Will return at some point to give them another chance.
We have enjoyed dozens of escape rooms but first time to a key and code. Very enjoyable experience! The young man working the desk as well as the young lady behind the speaker as the game master were both very pleasant and helpful. We booked golden ticket and it was a super blast from the past very well set up and challenging games even though it was supposed to be one of the easier rooms. We will definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you all and Merry Christmas!
Booked the Bigfoot's fury and Golden ticket escape rooms (went on two different days). It was so much fun. The staff was helpful, patient, and kind. On our first visit, I had became light headed and stepped out to rest...one of the staff came to make sure I was ok and even stayed with me. We didn't pass any of the escape rooms, but my family and I had a blast. Escape rooms are so much fun and it allows us family to spend time and work together. My husband and daughter are competitive so they did most of the work...but we enjoyed our time and recommend this location for your next family or group fun.
