We used Keyhole Studios for our wedding day in early October 2025 and wow what a fantastic decisionit was. From the first communication when we emailed over our enquiry, Steven was so quick to respond, informative and there were never too many questions that he could not answer. Communication is a huge thing for us with our wedding suppliers, and instantly he checked all our boxes for the videography package, which was our initial booking. Later down the line, after a disastrous engagement photo shoot with our booked photographer, two months before our wedding Keyhole Studios stepped in to save the day. We were very lucky that they had a photographer available on our wedding day, but their priority was ensuring that we did what was right for us as a couple, even encouraging us to talk to our photographer before making any drastic changes. They added photography to our package at the last minute and this was the best decision we made for our wedding. We were sent October albums from previous weddings at our venue and it their experience and expertise of our venue filled us with confidence from the beginning. For our pre-wedding meeting we unfortunately got stuck on the motorway and was over one hour late – Kris kindly waited for us to arrive and not once did we feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Kris listened to our preferences for photographs and all of our ideas and when the wedding day came along we could not have asked for a better team to capture our day. Kris was wonderful on our wedding day capturing all the special moments and the finished film is more than we could have imagined – there have been plenty of happy tears reliving these memories and capturing moments we did not initially notice on the big day. Even when a relative fell ill in the evening, this caused a delay for our first dance and Kris was wonderful and understanding, staying later than scheduled to ensure this moment was captured – and then some more of our guests on the dancefloor! Eug was such a wonderful photographer, she had so many good ideas and guests commented on how kind she was. We were especially impressed with how she learned all the important names and relations which made us feel that that our day was equally as important to her as it was to us. Our daughter has autism, and our youngest is not the best in front of a camera, and I can not fault how amazing Eug was with the children and the photographs that have been produced we will treasure forever. It wasn’t just about the photography for Eug – she even went above and beyond noticing that the buttonholes on the wedding party were fitted incorrectly – thank goodness for her eagle eye! It is this kind of attention to detail that puts Keyhole above the rest, and this was really important to us. The aftercare was just as important, keeping us updated every step of the way and then the beautiful presentation box that followed. We made the best decision going with Keyhole Studios to capture our special day – the only problem I have is that I am going to have to buy an extra large wedding album as there are so many incredible shots to choose from!! Thank-you to everybody at Keyhole for your wonderful professionalism and ultimately your kindness and understanding – we would recommend you ten times over again and could not be more thankful for everything that you did for us. From the minute we visited Keyhole, the feeling we had was just genuine and warm. It's difficult to balance professionalism and familiarity in business, but after spending just half an hour with the team at Keyhole, it was as if we have known each other for years. The church we were married in, was the church we were both christened in and holds so many memories. However, when you're so used to being at a certain place, you tend to forget the little details. Keyhole's imagery of the church amplified all those intricate details of the day and looking through our album, we feel we could step into the frame and be right there in the essence of the moment. The Mansion House at Calderstones Park, where we had our reception, oncemore, a truly special place with deep meaning for us both. We didn't think the Japanese garden could be anymore beautiful and serene, but Keyhole somehow managed to give our images even more lustre than we thought possible. We got all the images we requested and some even more special 'in the moment' shots that will live in our memories forever and we hardly missed a beat of our day due to the excellent guidance from the team. Just absolutely lovely people and masters at their trade. The only thing they didn't manage to enhance was my beautiful wife, But I suppose you can't top perfection! Keyhole cars are pretty dapper too!

We booked Keyhole for our wedding in August and honestly it was one of the best decisions we made! From the minute we booked (about 2 years prior) to the actual day and even after, they was/have always been so friendly and helpful. From meeting at a wedding fayre, to every email that Ste quickly replied to, to meeting Kris in person in their gorgeous studio, we couldn't fault anything. The day of the wedding, Kris & Eugene were unbelievable. So friendly, professional, captured every detail & helped the day run smooth. Our pictures & video turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Both our families & friends loved them so much, my brother has booked Keyhole for his wedding too! We would recommend Keyhole to anyone who is looking for a photographer/ videographer. You will not be disappointed. Our experience with Keyhole Studio’s has been truly amazing! From my first email. Steven was quick to respond and really informative, as were all the emails through out. We met with Kris (the studio is stunning) a few weeks prior to the wedding. We discussed how we wanted our day and Kris just got us. We were so happy. The day of the wedding, both Kris and Eugene were fantastic. They made us feel at ease, we’re so professional and very experienced. Our images and film arrived and we have been elated ever since. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we first spoke, Chris and Eugene were warm, professional, and made us feel at ease. On the wedding day, they were the perfect balance of calm, organised, and fun — they blended in seamlessly while still capturing every moment beautifully. The photos are absolutely stunning.
