Called for a key duplication, they transferred me to someone… that someone told me to wait ,one and a half to two hours …. I waited for almost two hours, I decided to call back and the guy told me on the phone , sorry we don’t make keys for your car ! , imagine if I waited for the guy to make me a key, C’mon, really?

To summarize: my technician was wonderful, the company has been the worst. I had a technician come and work on a commercial lock and was super friendly and professional and fixed the lock that day. Days passed and started having a new issue with the lock, so I reached out to the company to see if we can get this corrected and they have just passed me around, accomplishing nothing, promising call backs from managers that never called. It's been a horrible experience and now I may have to pay another locksmith to fix this because the company can't get their business together enough to do it themselves.

The locksmith that came to my rescue Mr Davis was through and precise with his installation and made sure everything was done perfectly. He did not rush through the job! He was friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. Before he departed he made sure his work was satisfactory and asked if any corrections were needed. I was able to get extra keys made if I needed as well. He showed experience, patience and was very personable. I would definitely use Mr Davis services again!

I was shopping around for prices and got in contact with a gentleman (I believe his name was Marion) who was refreshingly so polite and helpful from the moment he answered the phone. A friendly voice and willingness to help definitely goes a long way! He explained the process, answered all my questions (even the repetitive ones) and helped get me all setup with an email link for an easy and secured payment option. I was contacted quickly for confirmation and was provided an ETA. The guy met us at the location and within 15mins we were on our way! Very professional and I felt comfortable each step of the way. THANKS SO MUCH!
