Called them in regards to solar panel case. They had me send over a ton of information which had lots of personal information, only to decline the case 3 weeks later with no reason why. When I asked the girl why the attorney declined, she said none was given. Poor way to handle this.

Will be back for an updated review once j find out the name . The lawyers are great. It’s the front desk I have a problem with . Will find out her name. Each time my bf called from a missed call or vm he recieved she is acting as if he lying . Questioning him “what number was it are you sure it’s from us ?, I don’t see any notes” . If I’m explaining to you I have missed call from this number 2 MINS AGO … what do you mean are you sure it’s from us …. If I state I got a call from Micheal and to call him back why would I be making that up whether you have notes or not. This miscommunication is unacceptable

I am thankful to have walked away from an accident with my life, first and foremost. I've been dealing with the accident for over 4 years and am still waiting for updates even after prompting for replies. Actual lawyer did his job for me, I'm grateful, but the follow-ups and not replying to clients from the office is ridiculous.
