Would recommend for a fun time out or for a birthday party. Our host for the birthday party was Ola and she was very attentive. She heard our request and made them happen! We had a great time, kids and parents alike!

Kick air coz you can't afford to Kick anything else after payjng into this place . Kick Air is not a kids play centre, it is a budgeting exercise. £72 for three children for two hours, socks included like they are some rare designer item. I did not come here to jump, I came here to question my life choices. In this economy, that price hits different. Now the place itself is not bad. It has trampolines, climbing frames, climbing walls, football areas and inflatable stuff kids lose their minds over. The kids are having the time of their lives, which is great. But for that kind of money, I was expecting something next level. This feels like regular soft play that put on a gym membership. Then we get to the seating. Or more accurately, the social experiment. This building is massive, yet the chairs are treated like a limited edition release. Parents are standing around clutching coffees, guarding bags, making eye contact with strangers like, are you leaving or what. It is chaos for no reason. And let us talk about the temperature. It is freezing in there. My kids are sweating, jumping and living their best lives while I am standing still slowly turning into an ice sculpture. A bit of heating for the parents would not hurt unless the goal is to keep us awake through discomfort. Overall, Kick Air is decent, but it is priced like a premium experience and delivers like a standard one. Fix the seating, turn the heating on and maybe calm down with the prices. Because right now, it is fun for the kids and character building for the parents. 3 out of 5 other better places.

Fabulous first time at Kick Air today. Staff were friendly and helpful - particularly Ben who really went the extra mile to help us enjoy our visit. Can’t wait to come back again.

Really good fun, lots to do and plenty of room. Had a great mixture of trampolining, climbing, sliding and bouncing on the bounce castles.
