I spent $50 on a game card today only to find that more than half of the arcade machines were out of order. The redemption machine had little to no stock, Let’s Bounce was broken, one side of Skee Ball had no balls, the Jurassic Park game needed an update, and the air hockey table didn’t even blow air. The Splash game had no water, the Lolly Claw machine was nearly empty, and 3 out of 4 Superman Coin games were out of order. Even the XD machine wasn’t working. To make things worse, one of the few machines we could play stopped working mid-game—with credits still loaded inside—and I was refused a refund. The arcade itself is clean, but the games are clearly neglected, outdated, and poorly maintained. I counted 14 out of 21 games out of order, which is unacceptable for a place charging these prices. As someone who has worked in arcades and bowling centers for several years, it’s disappointing to see such poor maintenance and lack of customer service. Only one staff member was visible, pacing around the bar area, with no apparent effort to address the issues. Overall, a very disappointing visit. The cleanliness is the only positive thing I can mention. Everything else—from the broken machines to the refusal to refund—makes it not worth the visit.

Located within the leagues club the bowling alley had about 4 lanes and was priced fairly reasonably. They had a bar and also arcade games , some pool tables and even a vr ride that looked pretty amazing. The place felt really clean and with the leagues club there was lots of parking and nearby toilets. It felt like a party/disco with all the neon lights and music playing. Really enjoyable and pleasantly surprised we didn’t need to book on a Saturday night

Good value but not a large variety of games. However, still plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained for a while. There is seating in the arcade area if you prefer to sit and drink while the kids play. Toilets are close by. Plenty of parking. Staff are friendly.

What fabulous place for everyone who wants to celebrate their birthday! My son had his 6th birthday here at Kicks. We got the boom package for 12 kids. & ordered food for everybody. This place is amazing ! From the start the communication was good enquiring about booking the place and they answered all of my questions. On the day the kids had such a fun time! 1hr for a game of bowling, 45 mins at the arcade room which was full of different games that entertained everyone and 45 mins in the celebration room. The room decor was spacious and amazing. Each plate of food was ready for each child. Food was fresh and tasty. Adults enjoyed their own table and chairs too! We had so much food left over we took more than a few doggy boxes home! The two staff was so friendly and nice. Everyone including the birthday boy had a fun time. Feedback from all the parents was they had so much fun! So thank you kicks for your awesome hospitality! What a great birthday/events packages for everyone!

My son had a bowling birthday party at Tenpin and it was awesome! Pizza was so tasty. The nuggets though is fine but the ice cream cake was nice too hope it is bigger. 8/10 for birthday party ratings
