We had an appointment at the USCIS center nearby and decided to leave our son here for a few hours. He enjoyed his time there and didn't miss us at all! Great facility with friendly folks

Enrolled like two months ago because I need to have a back up in case of an emergency. Well, this weeks that week so I’ll let me experience with my daughter be the judge after her first day :) super excited! The girls who work there were very polite, and overall the space is more than adequate for a drop in

I had a last minute meeting last Friday and my daughters school is only M-Th. I looked up this place awhile ago and went to an amazing drop-in back in my old state, so decided to give it a chance. There were 2 teachers, seemingly limited English but able to get by. The check in process was mostly seamless, except I had her immunization records by email but they wouldn't accept it that way and also didn't have printer capabilities, so I had to leave and go to the print store then bring it back. There is a $45 annual fee that has to be paid on the first visit, then about $10 an hour. The facility itself was just okay. I dropped off at 09:30 and picked up early by 11. My daughter was actively playing with a toy and kept doing so, I asked if she wanted to stay longer or go now, she wanted to go - which is rare if she is truly enjoying herself. Once in the car I asked how it was (she is only 4 1/2 but we have an established communication and she very often shares about her day anywhere - school, church, friends visits, etc) She said they were yelling too much, at her and the other kids, and that one of the teachers grabbed something out of her hand. She is used to gentle environments and more nurturing care. I'll give the benefit of the doubt because I did not go back in and speak to them, but it was a moot point to because I know my child is very truthful and vocal to me about safety and comfort. She did communicate that she was safe overall. The women seemed nice towards me, but the parent watching vs. not is always different. Everyone, please talk to your kids especially after an unfamiliar environment. Ultimately it was an expensive failed trial visit, I paid nearly $60 for an hour 1/2 essentially, as my daughter said she does not want to come back ever. This review is not to bash the establishment, but to inform other parents. Hopefully the owners understand the importance of properly trained staff suitable to care for children.

I called ahead and was told I could fill out all paperwork, including an immunization form, in person. I explained I had vaccine records on my phone and could fax or email them, but was told that wouldn’t be accepted. When I arrived, the front desk staff, Miss Ana, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was arguing with other parents, didn’t listen to me, and refused to accept the paperwork I was told would be fine. Based on how I was treated as a new client, I would never trust them to care for my kids. I wouldn’t give them any money nor recommend this place to anyone else.
