It was a pleasure working with a professional and reliable roofing company from start to finish. After I placed the initial call to them, I soon received a call from Matt Boyles. He provided me with reasonable and fair quotes with 2 different options. He did not try to upsell me on any overpriced additional levels of warranties as some roofing companies tried to do. Matt is very honest and reliable and communicated with me through out the whole process by either texting or calling me with updates. He always answered or returned my phone calls. Tear-off, reroofing and cleanup was completed in one day. Matt and his crew did a wonderful job roofing our house. I highly recommend Kidd Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

Don’t waste your time shopping around for better prices on a major upgrade or resolution to your home’s roof. Cheaper quote, somewhere else does not necessarily mean you get what you pay for. Allow me to reassure you that Kid Roofing and Joshua Reed, which I will highlight again. Joshua Reed will take care of you. Kidd Roofing has been addressing any roofing issues or replacement on my properties for years. If they should make mistakes, allow me to reassure you, they come back to correct it recently. My home had hail and wind damage to the roof. Joshua Reed educated me on the replacement for my roof, guided me through the whole process. Communication was absolutely exceptional if I could click on more stars to express my satisfaction I would they only give me the option for five stars. They absolutely exceeded that. Never one to write reviews but figured someone else in our similar situation may benefit from our experience. Found Kidd Roofing through a word of mouth recommend, they'd done several jobs in our neighborhood before we arrived and the feedback was good. Hopelessly out of date for repairs and had a tree fall on the roof with a strained budget. Josh Reed went the extra distance with us and can't thank him enough for his patience, understanding, and attention Josh was available to address all our concerns through out the project; not just the estimate/sale. Repairs were more than adequate and the guys kept the job site organized, more than I can say for other contractors we've dealt with. Pricing was competitive, service was great.
Kidd Roofing performed a quality job on my roof replacement and was less expensive than their competitors for the exact same product. Matt Boyles was easy to work with and was attentive to all my questions/concerns throughout the process. I never felt pressured or rushed and he scheduled the job when it was convenient for me. Superior service and quality work. The roof looks great!
