Dr James and his nurses are amazing! But the ladies in the front desk and answering the phone … puffff … terrible. So rude!

Just moved to Knox and I’m so glad we chose this office. Ever since the first call to the office everyone has been so friendly. They got us started super quick, called for another appointment and they got us in the same day to be seen. They also have two separate offices side by side for sick and well.

We recently moved from out of state and were looking for a new pediatrician. I was very impressed on our first visit. The West Knoxville office is beautiful, very clean and spacious. I love how they have separate waiting rooms for sick patients and well patients. We were seen quickly and everyone was so friendly. I also appreciate that they respect parents’ decisions on vaccinations. I look forward to bringing my children here for years to come!

Found Kids Central through my insurance and couldn't be happier! The office is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Most importantly the care is top notch. We have been seeing Morgan for newborn care and she is beyond fantastic! She takes time to listen to your concerns and makes sure all your questions are answered. Highly recommend this practice!

Wow! I’m so glad we followed Dr. Baker to this new practice. We would have followed her anywhere because she is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and reassuring. She makes me feel like a good mom and always listens to my concerns. Kids Central is so clean! Everyone that works there is very friendly. It is easy to make an appointment and very fast.
