One of our previous landlords used Kilauea Pest and they are great. So when our existing pest control company at our current location just was not effective, we switched to Kilauea. The problems got better with every treatment and at this point and just a mere 5ish months after switching, everything is under control. So glad we switched. The folks who come out our friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Jonathan conducted the annual termite inspection of my home on 10 November 2025. He has been the primary inspector for my home for many years. He constantly updated me on his arrival time, which I appreciated. As usual, Jonathan was very thorough and very informative. He found and treated areas that I would have completely dismissed as not a problem. Jonathan is a true professional. I intend to request him for all of my annual inspections. Today was the actual treatment day. Logan came with his 2 workers Keiki and Ka’onohi Kalima. Logan explained everything again briefly and began work. We were very impressed with Logan’s easy way to explain about how the Queen may move, etc. They tapped, treated as well as crawl spaces and under the house. Logan was an excellent team manager and the crew listened well and did their work timely. We’re quite satisfied and look forward to our 3 month followup. The crew cleaned up and everyone polite yet professional. Mahalo Kilauea.
