Phenomenal! Kim handled our very complicated set of residential real estate transactions with skill, grace, serenity, and a great strategic mind. We had to sell quickly, buy, set up a “tenants in common”agreement, and deal with complicated San Francisco and Oakland real estate rules. At each turn, Kim gave us great advice. The home buying process is so overwhelming, but the moment I met Kim, the pieces started falling into place—and the “hurdles” became opportunities to evaluate, renegotiate, and find a way forward.
