The reviews are on point - the staff really are absolutely lovely here - it really adds something to the stay. We loved the little touches like free minibar, yoga mats in the room, being able to borrow straighteners and other bits and pieces and the unexpected 5pm wine and mingling (free!) which bought such a vibe to our evenings. Central is in walking distance. Hope the Kimpton team got a bonus at Christmas because they deserve it!

This place is and always have been beautiful 😍 however, since its been taken over the welcome service, the social gathering and overall staff have improved! Room was immaculate, and the pools and spa were so relaxing also. I would like to say a special thank you to the guy in the morning serving us 2x (Arsenal fan) he was so welcoming, funny, inviting and did you proud as a company.

Very nice hotel! Good service and lovely breakfast(we chose to stay here because of a cancelled flight). We also lent bikes to cycle around - for free. Only negative thing was that our room (located in basement/ground floor) was not silent/quiet and was next to a busy street. For the money you pay this is not an option in my opinion.

We were super impressed by this hotel. We would definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. The entire staff works to make the guests feel special and takes care of smallest details. We spent our Christmas there and it was a memorable experience. Food is excellent, well seasoned and we fell in love their Shakshuka! Staff went out of the way to make sure we had tea in the lounge (closed for Christmas Day) while their restaurant staff prepared for the Christmas lunch.

Utterly earned ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s An Exceptional Stay – A Rare Gem for Disabled Travellers Our recent stay at the Kimpton Hotel in Glasgow was nothing short of outstanding. As a disabled traveller, I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years all over the world, but it’s incredibly rare to find one that gets accessibility so right. The facilities here were far above expectations everything was thoughtfully designed, genuinely accessible, and clearly put together with care and understanding rather than as an afterthought. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was comfortable and seamless. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their friendly, professional attitude made us feel completely at ease. The accessible room itself was superb spacious, comfortable, and beautifully finished. The bathroom was exceptionally well equipped, with all the right adaptations that actually make a difference day to day. It’s clear that Kimpton Glasgow truly values inclusion and takes pride in offering a first-class experience for all guests. Breakfast was another highlight a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with delicious food and plenty of options. The service once again was flawless. It’s rare to find a hotel that strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and genuine accessibility. Kimpton Glasgow sets a new standard that many other hotels could learn from. We left feeling truly cared for and look forward to returning very soon. Highly, highly recommended.
