The best bike shop in the Sacramento area. The Customer Service is always great and they have awesome mechanics. I have purchased 5 bikes from Kinetic and like the Specialized brand.

Kinetic is my favorite local bike store in Sacramento. The owners and staff are helpful, friendly, and professional and know their bikes. I've been going to kinetic since 2009 - they are simply the best in Sacramento. Not a chain or big dealer - support local small businesses and you get the great service that comes from them!

Not only does Kinetic sell top quality bikes and products but the staff is also top notch. They are friendly, super knowledgeable, and offer fast service. By far the best bike shop that I've had the pleasure to buy a bike from. The after sales service is nothing short of awesome too! I would recommend Kinetic Cycles to all of my friends and family.

Kinetic Cycles is amazing! I purchased a Specialized Vado 4.0. Their customer service is excellent. Bruce and his staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. This is the second bike I purchased from them. We bought my wife a Specialized Como last year. They have a great selection of bikes and a wide variety of parts and accessories. I would highly recommend Kinetic Cycles to anyone!

I bought a Retrospec single speed and brought it here to align the brakes and make sure everything was working and safe. They completed the job quickly. Several days later, my lock mount started to fall off, so I brought my bike back and they found a sleeve to make the mount attachment snug and tight - for no charge. I appreciate the friendly service.
