She even offered me water (twice), showed me where the restroom was, and kept checking in, apologizing about the wait even though everything was handled very smoothly. Sid, Farrah, and Javier are amazing. Customer service was great, and the did an excellent job installing my new head unit in my vehicle. Their location is quite a bit of a drive from where I live but they did such a good job with the installation that I know I’ll make the trip back when I’m ready to add to my sound system.

This was our first visit to King Car Stereo, but it will not be the last. We went in to have an aftermarket radio (purchased through a separate company) installed on our 2021 Toyota Tundra. Sid and Farrah were fantastic. When I inquired about why the installation of our radio would be a little more complicated (and slightly more expensive) than the radios they sell here, Sid not only explained the difference - but he showed us what he was talking about. Both he and Farrah are kind, knowledgeable and genuine and we look forward to having more work done by them in the future. OH! I forgot the most important thing - the radio looks and sounds great.
