Derrick Thomas took the time to walk me through pieces I had researched and introduced me to others worth considering. With 35 years in high-end timepieces and jewelry, his expertise is immediately evident. But what truly stands out is how he connects. The experience felt personal, not transactional, and his enthusiasm matched mine. The selection is outstanding, but the people elevate it. From Derek to Roman (their watchmaker) and the rest of the team, everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I left with a grail: a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Duoface. Couldn’t be happier with the watch, the deal, or the experience! This is how luxury retail should feel. I’ll be a lifelong customer. You’re the best Derrick!
