I paid Poet Presley & his business Kingdom Culture Agency 3000$ to create my website for my business, and the services were not rendered. After waiting for a quite some time, and not being assigned a website creator, and not responding to my texts or calls or emails, I demanded my money back. I received an email saying I’d get my money back from his business. I did not. I once more called, emailed and texted, and did not hear back. After waiting another week, I threatened a lawsuit, and did not hear back. Then I got BBB involved, and they could not track him down. They told me he was ducking all of their calls. Then I went to small claims court, and the sheriffs department couldn’t track him down either. They said not only was he not picking up his phone, but he’d also vacated his business address 4235 Hillsboro Pike #300 in Nashville TN. It seems as though, even if Poet’s intentions were good, I’ve ultimately been played. Now I need to hire a lawyer which will cost me another $1500 dollars. In total, I lost $4500 dollars because of Poet Presley and his business. My guess is, most of the positive reviews on the google page, were done by people before something happened to his business to negatively effect it to this point, but for those wanting to make sure their money is in good hands, tread carefully. This is not someone you can trust.

They truly understand our brand and consistently deliver captivating content. Poet and his team are creative, reliable, and fun to collaborate with - they are an incredible partner for social media and branding.
