I started going to DWS a few months ago, initially feeling shy and withdrawn while dancing with random people. However, I soon felt at home and free as Stago encouraged everyone to "just dance." Last weekend, I met up with friends I hadn't seen in months, and they commented that I had lost some weight. It was wonderful to hear, and I owe it to dancing with Stago for making this happen while having fun.

Amazing class high energy from start to finish!! Perfect for beginners or advanced dancers The teachers are so talented and I always learn a something new in each class Ive made new friends and have grown in confidence Love the DWS family it's the best way to get fit ❤️

Have been to 4 classes with dance with stago and I would highly recommend! The instructors are super friendly and came over to say hello to me everytime I have gone to class which makes you comfortable straight away. I am not a dancer by any means so this is a whole new challenge for me. The beginners classes are high energy and intensity and the most fun! I can’t even describe the endorphins you feel after the class - not to mention the burn! I will keep on attending and hopefully become a better Afro beat dancer! But either way I am guaranteed a fun and intense workout! Highly recommend!

Welcoming fun energetic environment, for youngsters and mature wannabe dancers (like me) alike. Went for the 1st time last night & I absolutely loved it. The teacher broke things down beautifully for the newbies. Everyone else, too, was keen to help. Great value for money including free parking! Beautiful modern venue, too. I cannot wait for my next class.

Yesterday, was my first time to attend the workout session. I felt that all my body’s muscles were moving actively. What a brilliant experience! The team work is lovely and everyone there is friendly. Energetic music and great dance workout. They are paying attention to every single person during the session. Definitely, I’ll be going there again. Highly recommend this amazing place👍🏼
