After three and a half years, this yoga studio is finally deleting my info! Just a heads up that if the owner decides you’re a troll for holding him accountable for racist practices, anti-vax messaging, and subsequent non-apology, they’ll label you as such in their system and won’t respect your request to be removed :) Such a bummer since I liked the yin classes way back then and had friends who worked here (they no longer do, shocking). I hope they’re under new management or maybe he’s finally maturing as a person! We love personal growth! Best of luck to them!
Kathryn was a warm and welcoming teacher. While I don’t recommend arriving late to a yoga class, I was running behind for the 6 a.m. class—and it was also my first time ever visiting the studio. I’d fallen off my yoga practice for a while, so simply getting myself into the car and showing up was a big deal for me. What really stood out was the culture of the studio. I wasn’t shamed or turned away for arriving imperfectly, and that sense of openness says a lot. The space itself is beautiful, and the class was exactly what I needed to start my day. The only thing I would note is to get Apple Pay/Tap pay set up so people can pay with their digital wallets. Thank you for a great experience!
Been here about 10 times over the past few years. It's always a solid experience. The teachers have a decent, but not advanced, understanding of yoga principles. The atmosphere is solid. It also gets extremely hot, which I enjoy. Unfortunately they don't offer mat spray. As for my background: 13 years of practice, Ashtanga trained, 300-HR YTT, two 200-HR YTT. The teachers mention the breath but it's nothing like a trained Ashtanga teacher would emphasize. Cues are okay but again, nowhere near the level a well trained Ashtanga or Bikram teacher would disseminate. Overall a rock solid 4 stars.
The steam room they have is the best on the country. The first steam room I have seen with a huge glass wall to see outside while I sweat inside. Just amazing and they also added tile to their seats!!!! Best studio in the United States.
This place is very nice. We tried the yin yoga class and it was very relaxing. The overall environment is peaceful. They offer a large variety of classes and the teachers there are very experienced and knowledgeable. The girl at the front desk, Eve, is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone who is interested to try out yoga!
