Everyone here is so professional, so courteous, and so good at what they do! I wouldn't dare let anyone else (myself included!) touch my eyebrows! Update to say: It has been literal years since I posted this review and to this day Karen is still the only human who has grooming privileges over my brows. Zero regrets. Perfect service. A++ would still and always recommend.

I’ve been going to Karen for my brows for 7 years. I don’t even live in Austin anymore but still make the trek up because she is that good!! She is an expert of the craft, taking detailed care and time to create the perfect brow for your face shape and features. I always get compliments on my brows and know whenever I enter her studio, I’m in good hands!

Brows need work? Look no further than Kiss N Makeup! I have been seeing Karen for almost 10 years now. She’s that good! I found her through an old co-worker who had/has incredible eyebrows. Little did I know that most of my female colleagues were also seeing her for that brow magic! Karen is an expert at perfecting eyebrows. My eyebrows can be challenging with a unique growth pattern (I'm part Asian), but Karen knows exactly what they need. She’s so wildly experienced! On top of that, Karen is such a joy to be around. I look forward to my appointments and the time we get to catch up. I’ve even seen Karen for a makeup lesson to further build my confidence. Karen is a brow and makeup maven. I’ve been going to Karen for a couple of years now for my brows! My brows have never looked this great and without her - I don’t want to imagine. When I first went to Karen my eyebrows weren’t even the same shape. Now I have a beautiful shape and they are are twins. Karen is a true master and I don’t trust anyone else with my brows. She’s kind, caring, and believe it or not, the process is very relaxing. I almost fall asleep every time. The location is beautiful and clean. Brandi is also super nice and helpful. She always confirms my appointment a few days prior which I really appreciate!

Karen Powanda is known as THE brow authority in Austin for a reason. She and her talented team of makeup artists are the best in the city... have been for years! She is great at teaching as she works so you have confidence to maintain the magic til your next appointment. Always consistent! Always professional!
