Emma has been doing my hair for several years now. I've moved along with her to a few different spots in Rochester and am ecstatic for her and Kelly bringing the services K.ivy offers to the community. Not only is Emma a fantastic colorist, she's an all around good person. I always look forward to the couple of hours I get to spend with her every 10 weeks! If you've been thinking about extensions, set up a consultation, I promise, you won't be disappointed!

The quality of service, products and stylists is 1000%. Emma had been doing my extensions and color for several years now and I've never been happier with my hair or the color. She has taken my hair and made it incredible. The salon itself is inviting, beautiful and clean.

Emma has been doing both my highlight and extensions for about a year now. I came to her with my hair extremely unhealthy with a lot of breakage and feeling like I could never take out my extensions without feeling insecure. A year later the growth and overall health my hair has experienced is amazing. I have had multiple friends ask if I didn’t have extensions anymore because of how well they blended and how much better my hair looked. I am so thankful for how she truly took the time to listen to me and my goals for my hair and all of the hard work and at home care advice she has given me to get me to the point that I am today. I will never go anywhere else!

Hair is Emma's blank canvas and she has an incredible natural gift. To listen, establish an understanding of the look desired, and execute in detail, intuitively knowing which steps to take to reach the desired result. She gets to know her clients and what they typically like and goes above and beyond to deliver that outcome. She never ever disappoints!

Emma has been doing for hair for a few years now and she’s an all around 10/10. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been too. On top of her skills, she has the greatest personality and whenever I get my hair done I feel like im hanging out with one of my best friends. We have the best convos and laughs. I will never be able to go anywhere else!
